yes you do bro you got this trust me i thought i was helpless one day i jacked off 20 times but then i kept trying and trying to stop and im still trying but think about how nice it would be to be sober from this addiction

Bro you got this, days 3-6 for me are always where I’m most angry and feel the need, but after I hit day 12 it all got so much easier, I feel so much better about everything and when I have the need, I list all the things I want to achieve and how porn isn’t going to help
