I’ve also heard that it can take 22 minutes for an urge or thought pattern to change so if you can change what you doing for a half hour the thought can pass as well. Ive been using that lately and it’s helped me to find another gear in this fight. Realistically with as much time is wasted on social media among other things now a day. 22 minutes is really a small amount of time but is powerful. Control your mind, control your urges. Stay vigilant everyone. The power to resist is there it’s just not always easy to find.
