Try and control your eyes and also what you are watching because if you are watching Instagram reels and you come across some big booty Latina or something it will make it 10 times harder I’ve been struggling with this since I was 10 years old and I’m finally working on giving this up I’m 26 days and my tips to you are keep going man and try and focus on the long term goal and not to give in to temptation.
