I know it’s hard but what’s harder is the feeling of regret. I lost someone dear to me this past weekend and it’s hard to believe that some of my days were wasted fapping and not being there mentally to give positive energy . even the day things went left I was contemplating fapping before I learned of the news . I can’t believe . I urge you to remember it isn’t worth it cause you’re missing out on what truly matters .
