That being said the times it’s been easiest for me wasn’t when I was super strong and disciplined at resisting temptations. But acknowledging my weakness and turning to God. Instead of scrolling on instagram, or Reddit or Twitter or whatever triggers you read the Bible, listen to worship music, watch videos about theology and do things that glorify God. Workout. Serve others. The mind set on the flesh is death. But the mind set on the spirit is eternal life.

You don’t think adultery is bad? The fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Porn isn’t that bad —it’s horrible and evil. Robbing us of our freedom, time and is a 1 way ticket to hell. Or do you not know that adulterers will not inherit the kingdom. The devils favorite game is “did God really say that” “surely you won’t die” he’s the father of lies.
