My thoughts before Bed

Whether or not you are religious, before I sleep tonight, I’m going to make a prayer for myself and everyone in this group that we will be able to escape the grip porn has on our lives. We don’t deserve to be in this position. We are just victims of an evil industry that is taking advantage of the brain’s reward mechanism for profit. Let’s make a vow to stop beating ourselves up when we mess up. I’m confident that if we have more compassion on ourselves the way they say God has compassion for us, we will be able to escape.
