No matter how hard I try I just can’t I made it to 5 days once and that was it sometimes I’ll make it to 2 days I need help please

I know that feeling ,Wanting to quit but feeling like you can’t. Not trying to sound cliche but you have to want it. You have to want not watching porn or masturbating. You have to want not feeling like shit after the post nut clarity hits. My brother I wish you all the best wishes you can do this.

Keep yourself busy brother. Plan out your day and make sure you use all your time to do something to keep your mind off from porn. Use the app a lot.
