Hey yall - I’m also looking to grow closer to God and steer away from lust. This is my day one of being on this app cause it’s been a journey and I’ve had lengths of time away from it but then something tempts me in hardship and I try and fight it but I fall, and I want to get up and stay firm in Christ. Any chance I could join yall in this?

Robert is right having someone on this journey can be a game changer. I certainly have improved drastically when we started the battle buddies post. I think you should go for it with Jan. It could help the both of you.

I would recommend doing like Michael and I do and post everyday explaining how the day is going/had went and encouraging one another in Christ. It’s been extremely helpful for both of us! You are more than welcome to post your own “Battle Buddies” post or create your own thing with Jan!
