if you don’t already I highly recommend going to the gym, weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, cardio whatever suits you. The mental aspect from discipline, commitment, hard work to the confidence that you can actually achieve things you put your mind to and be proud of yourself when you lift a new PB it’s almost addicting when you first start going. I’m in my third year of consist training and I do have moments of body dysmorphia but overall I’ve gained so much from it. The gym FORCES you to live properly: you have to get your diet right (whole foods, high protein helps your mind) and you meet people in the gym so you have the social aspect. Stick to it for 3 months, see the progress and you will be proud of yourself
