I have become severely reliant on instant gratification and dopamine I’m experiencing panic attacks, any advice on dopamine detox therapy?

Its going to be a long way brother, start small, try to set a limit time of phone usage each day, you can also start meditating, (start with guided meditation),find things that put you out of the distractions. This will be hard because you will need to do efforts each day, but just remember that you are going to be better. Also when you feel you implemented well new healthy habits try to add one more each time and with time you will see you change your way of life by a lot and dont even have that dopamine addiction you had
