I would like to add a further prayer that everything goes smoothly with your move-in. That no problems will arise during the process. That you will have provision for all your needs for every expense and new home need. That the landlord has prepared the home well and is a good landlord that genuinely cares for tenants and, as part of that, takes care of the property with your needs in mind over immediate profits. (That’s the way I and my church operate our rentals—some years at a loss, some years at a profit) That your home will be in a good and safe neighborhood and that you will have neighbors you can be friends with that will look out for each other with community in mind. That schools, if needed, will be excellent in all areas. That local resources will be close and affordable and well stocked with all that you need…and be the kind of places you can make mentor-type friendships that will further enhance your growth into the man God created you to be. That no evil from anyone before you can stay in this home (seriously recommend you walk the home and pray over each room, doorway, window, etc. and anoint with oil, if that’s something you can be comfortable with, ask God to bless the home for His purposes and your family and resist the devil and order him to flee). And everything else I can’t think of, may God bless this home to you and your family, in Jesus’ name!
