Hey guys I wanted to give you on the way that sharing the addiction with someone can bring a big success. Told it to my girlfriend as well as my colleagues. My colleagues admitted the addiction at the same time and are now like me on the way to improvement. My girlfriend, on the other hand, helps me and wants daily updates. What I want to say with this is, don’t be ashamed, it can only help you.
I just want to say ur blessed you have supportive colleagues/friends and a girlfriend who support you in this. All I have are therapists and my family to go to with this. My therapists both are like it’s fine, have at it, and my family on the whole aren’t emotionally mature or emotionally available enough to go to them with something such as this. So it’s just me vs me everyday.
