I keep losing my streak on day 10 any recommendations

only on day 6, but just spending as much time as possible out of your home is what’s working for me. i’m legit only home to eat (6pm-7pm) and sleep (10pm-8am), and it’s worked great for me 👍

If it's always on day 10, consider the idea that you have put a subconscious milestone on yourself that makes you feel like day 10 is long enough. Like a habit, you are getting into a routine of relapsing on day 10, so you need to identify that and break the routine

I have tried the no porn Masturbation before It might work for a day or two but for me I feel like it looses effectiveness, if your going to try doing it I feel like you have to masturbate 1-2 times a day min even if you don’t want to turn it into a chore, if you have a SO do the same thing with sex, have soo much you couldn’t possibly watch porn, it’s the same logic I used for losing weight, I never stopped eating unhealthy food, I forced myself to eat soooo much healthy food there was no room for unhealthy food.

Maybe on day 10, try to masturbate in a comfortable and safe environment with relying just on your sensations, not holding on to mental imageries so much. You can gain a lot of intimacy with your emotions that way and feel like respecting just your physical signals
