Day 29/90✅✝️ We Got This Guys!!

Hey friends, long time no talk! I’m so excited to say I’m at 29/90 days! Thank you, Jesus!😭✝️ Part of my recent success was because of stepping away from a LOT of social media and even Quittr, telling a close friend about what’s going on and more recently, joining a ladies 423 group virtually. (I’d heard about it here a while back, and found one for women). I’ve got to say, having REAL life people knows what’s going on, having them pray over you and show grace has been extremely transformative for my recovery. Like life changing. I’ve also dug into some very deep trauma work with my counselor and have been addressing some very painful issues I’ve been using porn to numb out from. EMDR therapy has allowed me to revisit, address and remap my own SA trauma, and actually bring it to Christ - and hopefully leave it in the past. - - - - - - - - - - - I want to encourage you friends, don’t give up on this fight. We have an advocate through Christ Jesus, pleading on our behalf, and willing to help each of us.🤍✝️ Ps. I’m still praying daily for each of my friends here: Michael(s), Mikayla, Logan, Robert. We can have victory through Jesus!!
