Hey man don’t beat yourself up about it. We all fall off the wagon sometimes. That doesn’t give an excuse to continue doing it but personal reflection is the best way to become better. My advice to you is never let your pride get in the way of your progress. Because once your pride gets in the way that’s when you relapse. Let god be your rock and help you deal with your problems and always depend on god.
