Promise

I’ve had this app for about two weeks now. I have relapsed almost everyday. I struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety especially about situations from my past. But, today I make a promise to my self, I will be disciplined and I will break this cycle of failure. I will step up to being the man I am meant to be and I will no longer let this addiction continue to consume me.
