Hi guys, just want ur help I am know in day 07 and I feel totally unmotivated to anything like even to eat or clean my place, did anyone face similar situation and wich advice would help

Hello yes I know how you feel I would say regardless get up and do something just go for a walk or do anything go and sit down and get some food because staying at home doing nothing being bored has usually always caused me to watch porn and masturbate
