I recently discovered how horrible reddit is. And it’s made me relapse more than I can count. I haven’t used the web to search up anything explicit, it just comes up on Reddit, I’ve deleted the app. But I find myself coming back to download it, what do you guys think I should do?
I deactivated my Reddit and X accounts. That seemed to help a lot. It was too easy to just sign back in when I was tempted
Delete it brother, and don’t go back
I deleted my accounts on Reddit and X, so I have to make new ones if I reinstall them
Reddit and X are bad, especially for how easy it is to get dark etc Avoid at all costs

I only have tik tok and but my fyp has never had temptations
