Work till exhaustion
My main triggers happen at night when I’m awake and can’t sleep usually. Then the will power lessons and then the scrolling begins. “Just a peak” and then relapse But… if I work so hard during the day that I’m physically tired not only do I sleep better I avoid relapse completely It’s only when your start becoming “mindless” and “out of presence” that it hits you… Which means, you gotta lesson the TikTok scrolls and YouTube vids. Media with intention is a major change that helps a lot.
Nope I mean work till you physically can’t keep your eyes open. Men are built to work. You’ll sleep a lot better knowing you made the most of your day. And based on how sedentary people are. It’s probably more healthy to do this than the opposite. I’m not saying work all night. I’m saying give it your all in the day where you could rest peacefully knowing you seized the day
