I’m on my 3rd day and until now I don’t feel like wanting to watch porn, when will this urges appear, like in 10 days?

The urges won’t appear if you don’t allow yourself to fall into the habits where they would appear.. like getting bored, or stressed or alone in your room or something. Don’t allow yourself to fantasize at all or watch sexual scenes or video games

it varies from person to person. Mine happened around day 7-13 and gradually increased day to day. I almost failed several times but i powered through!
