Well, as I understand it, that’s like a healthy release because is a physical sexual encounter, as long as is within the frame of handjobs. It’s not rotting your brain with ficticious sexual images/videos, it’s more of physical act. I don’t know what’s consider a healthy sexual life because that varies by individuals and many factors but physical interaction is not unhealthy, as long as it’s not to the extreme like paying for sex, or having multiple partners without control.
