Did you masturbate and mid way you stopped or you was just looking ? Because if it’s one or the other sneak peeking here and there is not bad because you have to minidose it and overtime it will be less interesting to you. I’m 40 days in and when I see Instagram thirst traps I get less and less interested everyday it doesn’t excite me anymore so stay strong and give it time. Best decision you will ever make
Just delete IG, X and TikTok buddy, thirst traps are exactly that—traps to lure you into the beast’s mouth again. I never had IG and TikTok, but X is bad news for me, and super addictive(not only for porn but for news and political things too). But N8 is right, you won’t die without it, in fact, you’ll live. Starving our brains of cheap dopamine will increase our baseline dopamine, so things like reading, walks in nature, physical hobbies like making knives or painting, etc. will become a massive dopamine booster for us in time when the brain isn’t nuked with high dopamine content daily.
