It’ll probably only work if you truly believe it will. If you are skeptical of hypnosis you won’t feel those affects

It can help especially while mediating with yourself. Try it just for the heck of it. Don’t count any wacko strategy out. Some things work for some people that don’t have any effect on others.

I do not believe that will help. I personally don’t believe hypnosis is real, but even if it was porn addiction is incredibly strong and has a very strong hold on your brain. It’s unlikely that any sort of hypnosis, real or not, will be able to rewire the hijacked pathways in your brain.
