Ive been addicted to porn for years, and I’ve recently started to quit because of my girlfriend, but does masterbating to her damage me the same way or am i overthinking?

I disagree with the others here. Masturbation to a mate helps bind you to her. Porn pushes you away from her. My rule through this is only use mental images of my wife if I really need a release.

I believe it all comes down to the dopamine hit when masturbating in general. So I would say it does.
