3 days in. Feeling a bit better. Anxiety was through the roof after I relapsed and is slowly fading down. Just been staying busy everyday and that seems to help. Need to keep this up and can’t wait to get to the 1 week mark. What helps you guys with anxiety and overthinking any tips???
I’m not sure where you stand religiously but praying helps me. Not only does it work for me but it occupies my mind in the moment with something I see as pure. So it helps block impure thoughts. The key is to stop the thoughts before they get too far. Get up and do something that uses your mind. Stay busy and surround yourself with family and friends. Praying for you.
