Always have something to do. If possible try not to take caffeine or anything mind altering because you will do anything without thinking or the outcome. Dont think about the failure, just pretend you are at 90 days. Let's be real nobody is really honna know you holding your semen in your body. So, just say to yourself, "I'm free!", because its true. Im not saying bust a nut saying youre free still because thats ridiculous. Just ignore the guilt, shame, and regret and start practicing the NoFap "superpowers" before a big streak. YOU CAN DO THIS! 🔥
