Why has it gotten more difficult to last longer than a couple days? I used to be able to go at least a week without porn or masturbation, but now I’m relapsing every couple of days. Anyone have any ideas?

Self control man. Think of it this way: if you can’t control your diet, when you workout, when you decide to drink or smoke. Then you truly are lacking self control. If you have other areas of your life you have no control in, this one is a “well I did all this, might as well do this one too.” Start building that discipline and promise to yourself. Then this becomes a trivial routine. Be SO busy that this has no time to concoct in your mind. Other tip. Don’t trust your thoughts past 10pm. Go to bed or do something productive. Aim to sleep by 12am the latest. Trust me.
