Relapse is different to everyone. Generally relapse is watching porn or masturbating, but it depends on your journey.

I would say that’s your personal choice. For myself, I’ve decided that I’m going to allow it. The problem for me has been porn and I have a much lower desire to masturbate without it. I have once on my journey so far and I found that doing it without porn kind of made me crave it less🤷🏻♂️
