Today I broke my 14 day streak and gave in to temptation. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do when it happens in the morning and at night

Sort of on Cooper’s note, build a routine. I sleep with my phone on my desk which involves me having to physically get up and turn it off. It wakes me up more effectively too. Then I’m off to the bathroom to prep myself for the day. When I used to sleep with my phone within arms length, I would hit snooze like 5 different times and be late for whatever it was and/or, to “help me wake up” I’d doom scroll on my phone or just straight watch porn and beat one off.
