failed only two days in and i hate the feeling when i know it’s not hard to change but i just wont change.

Who told you it isn't hard to change ? This road is bumpy it has never been easy for anyone not even necessarily this road any change comes with difficulties I advice you to read the helpful articles on this app don't hate yourself for your relapse see it as an advantage to rise higher
