Last night I broke my 16 day streak of no fap/porn. Immediately felt disgusted with myself and angry about it. Today is back to day 1. Feel down and out about it.

Don’t feel down about it. Self condemnation never helps anyone. You already did step one of recognize the mistake. Learn from it, apply it and keep moving forward
