Personally i’ve found that Going by a phrase everytime you feel like relapsing helps a ton! I personally go by “Porn free by 20” I turn 20 y/o April 22nd. Its been 31. Days rn, first 10 was the hardest. But having a specific GOAL in mind it really helps me. And should you fall and be decided that you do want to jack off. Do it, but do it without porn. Do it and ask yourself if it is worth it.
