I haven’t watched porn in over a week but last 2 days I have masturbated after feeling tempted with some pictures of girls on social media, would this count as a relapse? I used imagination to act out but it was provoked by the pics 😢

Yes. It does unfortunately. I suggest deleting social media if you want to find success bc that is how I relapsed after 21 days. It is too tempting
