I was doing really good not really even thinking about it at all was going well, butt now i have relapsed 3 times today and i feel horrible. Went to the gym had a really bad workout low energy i hate this shit i need help.
Honestly just try doing something you like- like draw or play an instrument. Stay away from bathrooms or triggers, and maybe even try going for a walk without your phone or a run. Writing down my thoughts really helps me often.
