Struggled Today

the urge to relapse has been so strong today, but i’ve been able to fight and take my mind off of it by doing chores around the house. crazy how doing something so mundane and semi-productive as washing dishes can save me from doing something i would’ve deeply regretted. i won this time. but i know all too well that the urge is gonna come back stronger soon
