You can focus and you being on this app proves that your focused on beating this addiction. As for you thinking your life sucks I can’t tell you everything is going to get better because I don’t know your circumstances or what your going through but I do know that your being hard on yourself. Love yourself man. You’re beating yourself up more than anyone else is. Your focused on doing something good right now by beating this addiction. Don’t turn this good thing that you’re doing into a bad thing. It will be hard but when you are able to do it you’ll be even more proud of yourself then you would if was easy to do. It’s okay to not be okay but when you aren’t okay don’t take it out on yourself. Trust the process man but most importantly love yourself. Be easy on yourself.
