Stop keeping track of how many days you haven’t watched
Do you guys agree not to keep track of how many days you haven’t watched the filth?

Yes and no, I used to not track because it’s not about the amount of days you go but about really adapting to the lifestyle and changing your ways. I used to be really obsessed with my streak # and would compare the benefits to the length of my streak. Making me focus on the length over the lifestyle. I only started tracking again since I downloaded this app and honestly it’s been going good for me, I enjoy the life tree feature as well. I’m a little over 30 days and I check the app a few times a day, it’s good to see the number continue to rise and not obsess over it. I guess that’s come with time I’ve been growing on this path for a while now.

Why would we be on this app if we didn't want to track that? What is measured matters. If we know how many days have gone by and see when a slip happens, we can track the things that led to it. Without keeping track the years keep ticking by as you lose your willpower to it. Your namesake should know better, Musashi Miyamoto.
I too check the app when I'm feeling a little bit of an urge. Almost like a threat to my brain that I can push the panic button whenever I start to slip.
