Honestly I don’t struggle with searching porn videos and watching that, but it’s those dang Instagram models and OF creators who are on Instagram and doing everything they can to capture you. It’s so tempting and the algorithm of Instagram doesn’t help because if I just look at one for 5 seconds then it shows me more and more.

social media is the issue. I would suggest you delete instagram and twitter, Facebook even. I only have Facebook and only log in every once in a while to check on family. It’s amazing what changes happen when you get rid of social media.

My advice is get rid of social media for a while. Keep yourself occupied to the point where your not just scrolling through temptation because at some point your going to give in. Social media is never going anywhere you can always get it back whenever you’re ready
