Day 0

Well I listened and reset my counter but I don’t feel as hopeless as I would usually feel as I’ve now seen I can do it again. Disappointing sure but I haven’t watched porn in 23 days at this point I just have to continue and this time not look for alternatives. I’ll try to make daily updates this time to keep myself accountable. Today I mainly just am going to try to exercise and practice the guitar. Hope everyone has good day and continues to win. See ya.
