Having a physical relationship with someone is very different from having a relationship with your computer/phone screen. You have a connection with someone rather than obsessing with a porn actress who doesn't even know you exist. Just be careful about it. Sex itself can still be addictive and is different for everyone. But no, I would not count real sex as a relapse.
