Eating healthy, sleep at least 7 hours, gym (5-6 times a week), family’s support and love, an hour of playing cricket with my friends and studying to clear my bar exam. Following this schedule has helped me completely forget about lust and also completely deteriorated my porn addiction. I hope this helps

Hi there, I don’t know if you are spiritual or not, but you can definitely try some prayers or meditation or just a promise/self-rewarding speech to yourself before going to bed or just say goodnight and i love you, to your parents or partner, that should definitely help to keep you self motivated!
