Day 19(Longest in a while)

Hey guys I’ve gone 19 days without porn and one thing I’ve noticed is that it truly takes discipline and literally cutting things off. I used to spiral because I’d scroll past something on social media or look in the comments and see someone that has a very lustful page. But one thing I’ve done is cut off things that cause me to sin just like Jesus taught. Any girl that I come across on social media, I will press not interested, for some I’ll block them. It’s made my explore page and fyp very holy. Still more needs to be done. Sometimes I catch myself looking at girls with a nice body and sometimes I catch myself looking at a girls body in person but I understand this is all of process. Romans 12:2, renewing my mind will be a process and cannot happen overnight. LOVE THE PROCESS, HATE THE SIN, HATE THE SHAME. Discipline your body!!
