To defeat this terrible addiction you MUST get comfortable with BEING uncomfortable. Deny yourself. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak which is why we give into our urges to deeply. Luke 9:23 “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”
