I’m new to this and want to make sure I don’t make excuses or cheat myself. If I was to masturbate to photos/sext with someone I know or nude phot in general is that a relapse? Just want to start off on the right foot

It’s entirely up to you. I’m resetting when I masturbate. I’m not going and consuming nsfw content but if I do it usually leads to MO. So up to you how far you want to take it.
