If you’re an alcoholic and you went to the bar but didn’t get drunk, is it a relapse?

The purpose of the app is to quit porn. That’s watching, so yes it’s a relapse. Even if you don’t climax, it still can count. I’ve said it before but think of it as an alcoholic. If they drink but don’t get drunk, did they still relapse. Yes. Strictly because they engaged in the behavior they wanted to quit

It’s not considered a relapse but the point of this addiction is to end viewing pornography so don’t let your temptation get to the point where you start viewing it

Think it as a relapsing so you won't continue doing it.
