Nearly as week

I am now nearly at a week and I am really happy about my commitment. I think I have needed this for a long time but I have never been able to stop for more than 2-3 days. But now I don’t even feel like I want to. I feel so free already. Exited to see how I feel at 2 weeks, 1 month and so on. Keep going 😊
