I have been clean for two weeks, and gotten this app when I was about to relapse… and I can say that now it does not feel like my routine anymore. Now if I want to look at porn it is because I want to masturbate, not because I am bored. I can thank my girlfriend the most because she helps me resist (and not in an intimate way, she distracts me with valuable time spent together), and this app has made my confidence sky high as I have realized this is probably the longest I have been clean in TWO YEARS.
