For app store, I set the age rating to 12+ which effectively blocks all potential browsers, but still allows you to update existing apps and download almost everything else. It does block out discord too which sucks but I use it in browser now. 3. have a spouse or trusted partner set a pin to lock the settings. Good luck getting it undone after that. Additionally, if you dont mind paying a subscription, “Jomo” and “Refocus” are both stellar as secondary blockers that can have timers and scheduled blocks. (For instance, if you wanted a social media cleanse.) just make sure to create a shortcut to where if you try to disable jomo or refocuses’ permissions, then it redirects you to the app. (Their websites have instructions on this) and after that, block the shortcuts app. I also recommend you disable face id since sometimes it can be faster than the shortcuts redirect. Also recommend making the blocks fairly short or on a weekly schedule so if something does need to be changed then you wont have to wait too long. I hope this helps, everyone!
