How I resist the temptation
It also helps to leave you phone outside of whatever room you do it in, so for me, I found a spot outside of my bathroom so it lowers the chance of me getting tempted
Set a timer for 1:30, do the breathing exercise.
Try to spend less time on your phone/social media. Do something else when temptations come. Like pray, read, or exercise. Watch a movie with your phone in another room
