Ever since I started, I have felt massive withdrawals to do it again, and I try to ignore it, but it always comes back to me. Is there an effective strategy when these moments happen?
Ever since I started, I have felt massive withdrawals to do it again, and I try to ignore it, but it always comes back to me. Is there an effective strategy when these moments happen?
Go to the gym, or even just get down and start doing pushups, sit-ups, pulls ups, or go for a run. It’s helped me. Find something to do to distract your mind, or like the previous comment go be around people because it would put you in an environment where you can’t fall into temptation.
Sit close to family members or go out with your friends until you forget about it
I’m going to be listening to a book on Spotify called Semen Retention Miracle by Joseph Peterson. I’ve listened to a bit of it and maybe you’ll find value in it.
